SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe the BusGrow text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

1. Program Name

BusGrow Customer Communications ("BusGrow").

2. Program Description

BusGrow sends transactional and service-related SMS messages to prospects and clients, including: appointment confirmations and reminders, proposal delivery notifications, follow-up on inquiries submitted through our website or by phone, billing notifications, and general account and service updates. This program does not send promotional messages from third parties.

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a BusGrow web form, by texting a keyword we provide, or by giving verbal consent to a BusGrow representative during a call. When you opt in through our website, we record your consent status, the date and time, and the source of consent. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BusGrow.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with BusGrow and the services you engage. You may receive messages when you request contact, when an appointment is booked, before an appointment, when a proposal is sent, and when a billing event occurs.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. BusGrow does not charge you a fee to receive SMS messages; standard carrier charges apply.

6. How to Opt Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any BusGrow message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent, other than a final confirmation. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START or by opting in again on our website.

8. Supported Carriers and Carrier Liability

BusGrow SMS messages are supported by all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Supported carriers may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy and Data Sharing

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies to all mobile opt-in data and any consent, phone-number, or text-messaging originator opt-in data. We share mobile information only with sub-processors that help us deliver messages (for example, our SMS platform provider) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. 10. Eligibility

The program is available to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided.

11. Changes to the Program

BusGrow may modify or cancel this SMS program, or any of these SMS Terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
