This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, forms, calls, and services; how we use and share it; how long we keep it; and the choices and rights you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this Policy.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our services are not directed to children.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
- Prepare and deliver customized service proposals and scopes of work.
- Perform the outreach, follow-up, and customer communication services you engage us for.
- Send service updates, appointment reminders, invoices, and receipts.
- Process payments and prevent fraud through our payment processor.
- Improve our website, service quality, and internal reporting.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Legal Bases
Where required by law, we process personal information based on your consent (e.g., SMS opt-in), performance of a contract (delivering services you purchased), our legitimate interests (operating and improving the business), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. SMS Consent and Mobile Information
If you opt in to SMS communications, we collect and store your consent status and timestamp separately from your primary contact record. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any BusGrow text message, or by emailing busgrow@gmail.com.
Mobile information and SMS consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies to all mobile opt-in data and any consent, phone-number, or text-messaging originator opt-in data.
6. Payment Processing
Payments for BusGrow services are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or process your full payment card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers. Stripe collects your billing name, email, address, and card details directly and is responsible for the security of that data under the PCI-DSS standard. Stripe's use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy. We receive limited transaction metadata from Stripe (e.g., last-4 digits, brand, charge ID, amount, status) to reconcile invoices and provide customer support.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers (sub-processors) who help us operate the business under written confidentiality obligations: Stripe (payments), our email and scheduling providers, our hosting and analytics providers, and our CRM/telephony vendors used to place outreach calls on your behalf.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BusGrow, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
8. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies and basic analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Data Retention
We retain contact and service records for as long as needed to provide services and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes (generally up to 7 years for financial records). SMS consent records are retained for as long as you remain opted in and for at least 4 years after opt-out to document compliance.
10. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing, by emailing busgrow@gmail.com. Depending on your state or country (for example, California, Colorado, Virginia, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights. We will respond within the time frames required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
12. International Users
BusGrow operates in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
